New as of September 2026: Fansly has a brand-new Statistics page, currently in beta. The Earning Statistics and Profile Statistics menu items both open this new page now, so if things look different from what you remember, this is why.
Your Statistics page shows how your content, audience and earnings are doing over time, all in one place. Every number compares the period you choose with the period right before it, so you can quickly see what's growing and what needs attention.
Because the page is in beta, it may change as we add features based on your feedback.
Looking for Your Wallet or Payouts?
Your balance and payouts are right at the top of the Earnings tab.
Click your profile picture to open the menu and select Earning Statistics.
At the top of the Earnings tab, you'll see your Available for Payout, Pending balance and Total balance.
Click Request Payout to withdraw, or click Wallet, payout methods and payout history to open your Wallet & Payouts page.

Wallet & Payouts Page
Everything about your earnings balance in one place, at fansly.com/creator/wallet.
Balance: Available for Payout is what you can request now. Pending funds unlock 7 days after they were received, on a rolling basis. Click Request Payout to withdraw.
Payout methods: where your payouts are sent. Click + Add payout method to add one, or the trash icon to remove one. If you see a red ! next to a method, hover over it for important details about that method, such as a higher minimum payout amount.
Payout requests: every payout you've requested, newest first, with its status. See Checking Payout Status for what each status means.
Wallet history: every sale, tip and anything else that reached your earnings wallet, newest first. Amounts are what you received after fees, so they match your balance. Subscriptions show the tier and length. Refunded sales stay in the list, struck through. The list shows 10 at a time, and you can use the page numbers to see more.
How to Open Your Statistics
Click your profile picture to open the menu, then:
Select Profile Statistics to open the Overview tab, or
Select Earning Statistics to open the Earnings tab.
You can also click Statistics on your Creator Dashboard, or go straight to fansly.com/creator/stats.
The page has four tabs, and each has its own link:

Audience: fansly.com/creator/stats/audience
Earnings: fansly.com/creator/stats/earnings
The page works the same way in your mobile browser. The layout just adjusts to fit your screen.
💡 Pro Tip: If your account was created before September 21, 2026, you can still open the legacy pages from your Creator Dashboard: look for Profile Statistics · Legacy and Earning Statistics · Legacy. The beta notice at the top of the Statistics page also has a View the legacy For You charts link. Accounts created after that date only have the new page.
Choosing a Time Period
Use the buttons in the top-right corner to choose 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or Custom. The period you pick applies to every tab, and it stays selected when you switch between tabs.
Each number is compared with the period of the same length right before it. For example, if you select Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2026, your statistics are compared with Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2025.
To set a custom period:
Click Custom.
Select your start date, then click Confirm.
Select your end date, then click Confirm.
If you pick the wrong start date, click Dismiss and start again.
⚠️ Important Information: Custom periods and all daily numbers on this page use UTC days, not your local time. If you're checking totals for a specific time of day in your own time zone, they may look slightly different. Only the Right now section on the Overview tab and the Today and Yesterday figures on the Earnings tab use your local day.
💡 Pro Tip: Click the refresh icon next to the period buttons to load the latest numbers. Most numbers update within minutes. Follower and subscriber counts update once a night.
Overview Tab
A quick snapshot of how you're doing.
Right now: video views in your time zone. This section isn't affected by the period you select above. Switch between For You, Timeline and Other to see views from each place.
Last 24 hours: compared with the 24 hours before.
Today so far: compared with yesterday up to the same hour.
Yesterday: compared with the day before.
Media shown, 24h: how many different media items, including images, were shown to someone in the last 24 hours.
An hourly chart shows your views over the last 48 hours.
Summary cards: Earnings, Views on For You, Views on Timeline, Unique viewers on For You, Profile visits, Follower growth, New subscribers and Paying fans.
Total followers and Subscribers: your count at the end of each day.
Top media: your best-performing media for the period. Click one to see its details or jump to the post it appears in, or click See all to open the Content tab.
Top supporters: your top 5 fans for the period. Click See all to see the full list on the Earnings tab.
Content Tab
See how your media performs. Use the For You / Timeline / Other switch at the top of the tab to choose where views come from.
On For You, you'll see Views, Unique viewers, Avg. watched %, Likes, Avg. watch time, Completion rate, Replays and Media shown.
On Timeline and Other, you'll see the same stats for videos, named Video views and Unique video viewers, plus Image views, Unique image viewers and Avg. image view time.
Views over time and Watch time: daily charts for the period. On Timeline and Other, Views over time shows separate lines for videos and images. Watch time counts videos only.
Top media: every media item ranked for the period. Sort by Views, Unique viewers, Watch time or Completed. Each item also shows how it compares with media of a similar length. Click an item to see its details (see Media Details below) or jump to the post it appears in. On Timeline and Other, you can filter by All, Videos or Images.
When your audience watches: a weekday-by-hour heat map in your time zone. Brighter squares mean more views. Hover over a square to see the day, the hour and the number of views above the map. On Timeline and Other, you can filter by All, Videos or Images.
Hashtags: how many views each hashtag brought you through hashtag browsing, and how much of those videos was watched. pts (percentage points) shows how the watched % of viewers who came through that hashtag compares with the other viewers of the same video. For example, +5 pts means they watched 5 percentage points more of the video.
Post engagement: likes and comments on your posts. The For You / Timeline / Other switch doesn't apply here.

Media Details
Click any item in Top media to open its details. You'll see:
An hourly chart of its views over the last 48 hours
How it compares with your other media of a similar length
Where its views came from
The posts it appears in
Hashtag results, with pts showing how viewers from each hashtag compare with the video's other viewers
The panel has its own period buttons, including Lifetime.
Audience Tab
Get to know who's finding you and sticking around.
Summary cards: Total followers, Subscribers, Profile visits, New subscribers, Unique visitors, Avg. time on profile, New followers, Unfollows, Follower growth, Renewal rate, Expired subscriptions and Cancelled subscriptions.
Where profile visits come from: visits and unique visitors from Search, For You, Direct, Suggestions and Other.
Top countries: where your views, watch time and profile visits come from.
Followers discovery brought you: people who found you through For You, Suggestions, Search or one of your links, and then followed you.
New followers and unfollows, and Subscriptions: daily charts for the period.
Subscribers by tier: subscribers per tier at the end of the period, plus new subscriptions and the change from the period before (moved out or into a specific tier).

Earnings Tab
A full breakdown of what you've earned.
Your Balance and Earnings at a Glance
At the top of the Earnings tab:
Wallet strip: your Available for Payout, Pending balance and Total balance, a Request Payout button, and a link to your Wallet & Payouts page.
At a glance: your Today, Yesterday, This month and All time earnings, after refunds. These aren't affected by the period you select.
Today and Yesterday use your own calendar days. Today is compared with yesterday up to the same hour, and Yesterday with the day before.
This month is compared with the same days of last month. Months are counted in UTC.
Earnings Cards
Earnings: your net revenue, after Fansly's share and any refunds.
Gross: the total amount fans paid.
Purchases: the number of purchases of every type.
Paying fans: the number of different fans who made a purchase.
Subscription earnings: your net revenue from subscriptions.
New paying fans: fans whose first purchase from you was in this period.
Avg. per paying fan: the average amount each paying fan spent.
Avg. per purchase: the average amount of each purchase.
Refund Cards
These cards only appear if you had refunds in the selected period or the period before it:
Net before refunds: your revenue after Fansly's share, before refunds are taken out.
Refunded: the total amount deducted from your balance for refunds.
Refunds: the number of refunds.
Refund rate: refunds divided by purchases in the period.
⚠️ Important Information
Refunds are counted in the month the refund was issued, not the month of the original purchase. For example, if a fan bought a video in August and was refunded in September, it shows in September.
Monthly Statements
Your earnings for each full calendar month, newest first.
Last 30 days shows your net revenue, how it compares with your usual month, and where it would rank among your last 12 months.
Each month shows your number of purchases, your net and gross revenue, and the change from the month before.
Labels mark the current month (So far) and your Best month, 2nd best, and 3rd best completed months. Record pace means the current month has already earned more than your best month.
Click Show more to see older months, or click a month to set it as your period.
The list starts with your first month of earnings and includes any months with no sales after that.
Revenue Chart
A daily chart of Gross (grey), Earnings (blue) and Refunded (red). Hover over any point to see the exact amounts. Refunds only appear if you had any. For periods longer than 90 days, each point covers several days.
Earnings by Product
Earnings by product over time: a daily chart of net earnings for your three biggest product types. Everything else is grouped as Other. Refunds aren't included.
By product: net earnings for each product type, from highest to lowest, with gross revenue, number of purchases and the change from the period before.
The product types are:
Tips: includes price-per-message tips.
Media: photos, videos and voice notes.
Locked Text: sales of locked text.
Subscriptions: new subscriptions and renewals.
Media Sets: bundles.
Referrals: earnings from referral links.
Leaderboard Prize Money: prizes from the Leaderboard.
Stream Tickets: tickets to your live streams.
💡 Pro Tip: Hover over any point on a chart to see the exact amount for that day. This is the quickest way to check what you earned on a specific day.
Top Supporters
Your top 25 fans for the period. Sort the list by Net, Gross or Purchases. Click a fan to see their breakdown.
Supporter Details
Click any fan in Top supporters to open their details. You'll see:
The date of their first and last purchase with you
What you Earned from them, their Gross spend, and their number of Purchases for the selected period
Their Monthly statements and a breakdown By product
Net per day: what you earned from them on each day
Purchases: every purchase they made in the period, newest first, with what it was: the subscription tier and length, the tip message, or the opening of a locked text. Purchases still in the 7-day pending period are marked Pending. The list shows 10 at a time, and you can use the page numbers to see more.
The panel has its own period buttons, including Lifetime, so you can see everything a fan has spent with you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my statistics page look different?
Fansly launched a new Statistics page in September 2026. The Earning Statistics and Profile Statistics menu items now open it.
Where did my wallet go?
Nowhere! Your balance and a Request Payout button are now at the top of the Earnings tab. Click Wallet, payout methods and payout history to see everything else, or go straight to fansly.com/creator/wallet.
Why don't I see view data for older periods?
View statistics (views, watch time, and hashtags) go back to late June 2026. Periods before that show no view data. Your earnings history is complete.
Why don't I see the refund cards?
They only appear if you had refunds in the selected period or the period before it.
Can I choose specific hours in a custom period?
Not at the moment. Custom periods use whole days, counted in UTC.
