Here’s what comes next:
After each transaction, your funds enter a 7-day pending period. This waiting time is standard across the platform and helps make sure transactions process smoothly. Once the 7 days are up, your money moves into your available balance, ready to withdraw.
You can keep track of everything in your Earnings Wallet:
Click your profile picture in the top corner.
Select Add Payout Method.
Inside your Earnings Wallet, you’ll see three key numbers:
Total Balance: The full amount, including pending and available funds.
Pending Balance: Earnings still in the 7-day holding period.
Available for Payout: The amount that’s ready for withdrawal right now.
My Earnings are Missing

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide any evidence of the missing earnings, such as:
Screenshots from your Earnings Wallet
Bank deposit records
Any other documentation showing what’s missing
With that info, we can quickly investigate, confirm your earnings, and get you back on track.
