I Have Not Received my Bank Payout

Once your payout is approved, it is typically processed and deposited within 1–3 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends, bank holidays, and any days when banks are closed.

In some cases, handling time, logistical processes, or international wire transfers may extend the timeline to up to 4 business days.


Delays and troubleshooting

While payout delays are rare, they can occur. If your payout has not been processed after 3 business days, or if it is marked as Processed but funds have not arrived in your account, please contact our Support Team at [email protected].

To help resolve the issue efficiently, our team may request supporting documents or screenshots to verify the situation and ensure a quick resolution.


Tracking your payouts

You can track your payout requests at any time:

  1. Go to your Earnings Wallet.

  2. Review your list of payout requests.

  3. Check details such as the request date, current status, and payout method.
