Can Creators Offer Fans a Refund?

Absolutely! Creators have full discretion regarding refunds. While sales are typically final, you can choose to issue a refund for media purchases, tips, or subscriptions if you decide it’s the right course of action.


Important Considerations

  • Refunds are deducted directly from your wallet balance or pending funds.

  • Once refunded, the fan immediately loses access to the refunded media.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Support – Open a support ticket from your Fansly account or email [email protected].

  2. Provide details – Include:

    • Link to the fan’s profile

    • Transaction ID (found in Wallet Transaction History)

    • Reason for the refund

    • For subscriptions: note whether to cancel or keep the subscription active after refunding.

Once submitted, our billing team will review and process the request.
