Requesting a Refund

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. While most purchases and fees on Fansly are final and nonrefundable, as outlined in our Terms of Service, we want to be clear about how this works and what you can do if you have concerns.

Because digital content can’t be “returned” once it’s been accessed, refunds are not available if you’ve already purchased and successfully received the content, even if you regret the purchase afterward. This policy ensures fairness for creators, whose work is immediately delivered once purchased.

Refund Policies for Specific Purchases

Tips

  • Tips are voluntary payments to support creators and are non-refundable under Fansly's Terms of Service.

  • Creators may issue refunds for tips at their discretion by contacting Fansly Support.

  • Tips tied to agreements made outside the Fansly platform are treated as non-refundable transactions.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are generally non-refundable if the intended content was accessible during the subscription period.

  • Refunds may be considered if a creator fails to deliver promised content and blocks the user. Approved refunds are credited to the Fansly balance.

Wallet Balances

  • Wallet balance top-ups are final and non-refundable.

  • If part of the wallet balance has been used, only the remaining balance may be refunded back to the card, subject to processing times.

Refunds are also not issued in cases where users refuse to complete the legally required age verification process or are unable to complete it due to issues such as an expired ID or unsupported verification methods. Age verification is a legal requirement in certain regions, including specific states in the U.S. the UK, Australia, Germany and Brazil to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Additionally, agreements or transactions made outside the Fansly platform cannot be verified and are treated as non-refundable. To avoid disputes, ensure all agreements and payments are conducted within the Fansly platform.

However, we understand that unique situations can arise. We reserve the right to review and address refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, at our sole discretion, to ensure fairness and resolve concerns.
