At Fansly, we’re dedicated to maintaining a safe and compliant environment for all users. If you come across content that you believe is illegal or violates our Terms of Service (TOS), we encourage you to report it by using one of the following options:

1️⃣ Use the "Report" Button:

  • Click or tap the 3 dots in upper-right corner of the post (to the right of the date)

  • Select "Report Post"

  • Select the reason for your report

  • Provide a clear explanation of the issue and confirm

2️⃣ Contact Us via Email:

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the following:

    • The URL(s) of the content

    • A clear description of the issue

    • The reason you believe it violates the law or our TOS

3️⃣ Mail Your Complaint:

  • Address it to:

Missing details may delay the review process, so be thorough!

  1. Review:

    • Our team will thoroughly review the report within 7 business days to assess if the content violates our policies or any laws.

  2. Resolution:

    • If the content is found to be illegal or in violation of our TOS, immediate action will be taken, such as removing the content.
