While you can apply as a non-photorealistic virtual entity on Fansly, you still need to register using your real legal information for verification purposes.
For virtual creators, you would:
Register using your actual legal identity
Complete the standard verification process with your real government-issued ID
Operate your account under your virtual persona once approved
Note: If your content includes co-performers, even virtual (voice only), you'll need to verify them as co-performers.
Remember that all virtual representations must adhere to our Terms of Service, specifically:
"You agree that you will only use Fansly for purposes expressly permitted and contemplated by these Terms. You may not use Fansly for any other purposes without our express prior written consent. Without our express prior written authorization, you will not:
post, upload, or share content that utilizes artificial intelligence in the following ways: (i) photorealistic or lifelike content that is substantially generated or created through artificial intelligence, including deepfakes, face-swapped content, or synthetic media designed to appear as real humans; (ii) content where artificial intelligence systems directly interact with Users to generate personalized responses, imagery, or experiences without human oversight; (iii) any content that misrepresents AI-generated material as authentic human performance or creation."
Impersonation and Consent
Creators must never impersonate another individual or entity - real or fictional - without clear, explicit consent. Violations of this policy may result in compliance action against your account. Furthermore, AI-generated content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive contexts is strictly prohibited.
