Your Fansly Wallet is a digital balance stored within your account. Instead of paying directly with your card every time, you can preload funds into your wallet and use them whenever you make purchases. This makes checkout faster, helps prevent declined transactions, and provides a central place to track your spending. This provides a straightforward and reliable method for managing payments on the site.

Is it Secure?
Absolutely! Your wallet is just as safe as adding card details. All information sent to Fansly servers is encrypted immediately for your protection. Only you get to see your Wallet Balance and history.

How Transactions Work on Fansly
Every Fansly transaction is designed to be simple and clear:
No partial payments: Each purchase is paid in full from a single source.
Wallet first: If you have sufficient funds, the payment will be deducted directly from your wallet balance.
Saved payment methods: If your wallet doesn’t cover the total, or if you’ve chosen a different method, your saved payment option will be charged for the entire amount.
Spending Limits
Your only spending limit is the amount in your wallet. If a purchase doesn’t go through, double‑check your wallet balance and add any necessary funds before trying again.
Managing Your Wallet
Everything you need to manage your wallet is available on your Payments page. You can navigate here by clicking your profile picture and then clicking Add Payment Method.
From here you can:
Add a new card: Select Add Card and enter your card details.
Use alternative methods: Some regions have alternative options. Click Add Alternative Method and look for your country to check what options are available.
Set a default payment method: Select the saved method to be used automatically.
Remove a saved method: Delete payment methods you no longer use.
Review your Wallet Transaction History: See a full record of all your wallet activity in one place.

How to Add Funds to Your Wallet
Adding money to your wallet is quick and straightforward:
Click your current balance in the top‑right corner of any Fansly page.
Choose a recharge amount from the menu.
Confirm the purchase using your saved payment method.

Funds are added instantly once the payment is approved.
You can only choose from the preset recharge amounts shown.
This ensures your wallet is always ready when you want to subscribe, tip, or purchase content.

How to Use Funds from Your Wallet
Using your wallet is simple.
Automatic for tips and small purchases: If your wallet has sufficient funds, they will be used immediately without any extra steps.
Choosing your wallet at checkout: On larger purchases (like subscriptions or bundles), look for the Pay with saved method dropdown in the confirmation box. If it isn’t already set to Wallet Balance, click the arrow and select it before confirming.
I Didn’t Receive My Wallet Funds
If you’ve purchased wallet funds but haven’t received them, don’t worry: we’re here to help!
