Subscribed, but Can’t See Creator’s Content

Subscribing can provide you with access to additional benefits, but please note that not all content may be visible immediately.

This doesn’t always mean something is wrong: many creators set different permissions for their content, and some posts may require extra steps to unlock.

Below are the most common reasons you may not see content, along with steps to resolve them.


Nothing shows on the creator's profile after I subscribe:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Check the creator’s permissions. Some may require additional steps, like subscribing to a specific tier, before posts are visible.

  • “This user has not posted anything yet.” This message means the creator hasn’t uploaded any posts. You can reach out to them directly to learn what content to expect!


I can see posts, but the media is still locked:

Some creators require more than just an active subscription. Certain posts may also need an additional purchase. Select the Lock icon on the post to see what’s required to unlock the content.
