Purchasing content on Fansly is a great way to support your favorite creators while making sure you never miss out on the media you love most. Whether it’s exclusive sets, one-time offers, or custom content shared just with you, your purchases are yours to enjoy anytime. This article will walk you through what counts as purchased content, how to buy it, and how to find it again whenever you want.

What counts as Purchased?

Purchased content refers to media that you’ve paid for directly, such as unlocking a post or purchasing a custom video.

This is different from content a creator may send in exchange for a tip. While tipping is a great way to show support, it doesn’t guarantee future access to that media.

To ensure you always have access to your favorite content, we recommend purchasing media whenever possible, even if it’s just $1.

You can confirm a media purchase in two ways:

  • Media Collection: Purchased media is automatically saved in your Purchases collection. This is the easiest place to check.

  • Transaction History: Look for entries labeled “Media Purchase.” If it says “Tip,” that means the content hasn’t been purchased and may not remain available if the creator changes their settings.

How do I purchase content?

Creators can offer paid content in various ways, such as through posts or messages. Whenever you see locked media, click the lock icon to check if it’s available for purchase.

If there’s a Pay button, click it to open the Confirm Your Order screen. There, you can:

  • Check the total price (including taxes)

  • Choose from your saved payment methods, including your spending wallet

💡 Note: Partial payments aren’t supported. If your wallet balance isn’t enough to cover the full cost, you’ll need to choose another payment method before completing the transaction.

After you click Pay, the content will unlock instantly and be saved in your Purchases collection for easy access any time.

Where can I find the content I've purchased?

You can revisit your purchased content at any time through your Media Collection.

To get there, click your profile picture in the top corner and then select Media Collection near the top.

From here, you can browse and enjoy your favorite content whenever you like.

What if I purchase something, but it’s not what the creator promised?

Fansly is all about helping you connect with content you love. Creators are expected to follow through on what they offer, so if purchased content doesn't match the description, here’s what you can do:

  1. Reach out to the creator: Creators are often happy to help or clarify any confusion. A quick message might be all it takes to resolve things.

  2. Still need help? Contact Support: If you don’t hear back from the creator or the issue isn’t resolved, our team is here for you.
