Promotional Discounts
Want to offer a special discount for a limited time? Promotions let you spotlight your discount without changing your base price. This helps fans feel like they’re getting something exclusive, which can boost conversions.
As a bonus, your followers will be notified when a new promotion starts, giving them an extra nudge to subscribe while it’s available.
How to create a promotion:
Go to your Subscription Tier
Click Promotion
Enter your promotion message and discounted price
Choose whether expired subscribers or those who’ve previously used a promo can redeem this one
Set a start and end date
Click Save.
Need to update a promotion later? Simply return to the same spot and click Promotion again to make changes.

Multi-Month Discounts
Want to lock in more revenue while rewarding fans who stick around? Multi-month discounts give subscribers a reason to commit and give you a more predictable income stream. It’s a win-win!
You can offer discounts for 2-, 3-, or 6-month subscriptions. The longer the plan, the bigger the potential savings (up to 50% off). For example, you might offer 15% off for fans who subscribe for 3 months at a time.
How to set it up:
Go to your Plans/Promos in the Creator Dashboard
Click Edit Subscription Tier
Navigate to the Plans/Pricing tab
Enable the 2-, 3-, or 6-month options (you can choose one or more)
Set your desired percentage discount for each plan. We’ll automatically calculate and display the adjusted price
Click Update to save your changes
Offering longer-term plans can help increase stability and provide fans with a compelling reason to stay loyal. It’s a small setup step that can make a big difference!
Subscription Discounts
Want to offer a sneak peek of your content or reward specific users? Subscription Discount links let you share a customized subscription experience with select users at a special rate (or even free!) Think of it as an exclusive invitation to your creative world
How to create a subscription discount:
Scroll to the bottom of your Plans/Promos page and click Create Discount
Enter a label so you can identify this discount later
Choose the subscription tier it applies to and what plan it will renew at
By default, it’s a one-month subscription to your first listed tier. Click “1 Month Subscription” to select a different option.
Set the maximum redemptions
Enter the discount percentage, and the updated price will appear in the “Amount” field
Set the number of days before the user is charged the full subscription price again
Choose whether users who have previously used a discount for this plan can use it again
(Optional) Add a start and end date if it’s a time-limited offer
Click Create Discount
Once created, share your discount link directly with your fans, friends, or community. It’s a great way to reward loyal users, bring in new ones, or run exclusive promotions!
When someone clicks your discount link, they’ll be taken to your profile and see the offer. You won’t see it yourself because discount links can’t be redeemed by the creator who made them. However, rest assured, your fans will get the deal when they visit through the link.
Managing Subscription Discounts
You can revisit the Subscription Discounts section anytime to copy, update, or disable an existing link.
When editing a discount, you’ll have access to all the same customization options you used when creating it.
If you choose to disable a link, it will be moved to your Inactive list, where you can reactivate it later.
