How to Subscribe
Getting started is quick and easy:
Add a Payment Method
Go to your Payments Settings and add a valid payment method.Choose a Subscription Tier
Visit the creator’s profile and review the benefits and content included in each subscription tier. Select the one that best fits your interests.Some creators offer discounts if you purchase multiple months upfront.
💡 Pro Tip: Many creators offer limited-time deals and discounts, so keep an eye out for ways to save!
Subscriptions automatically renew each month. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you’ll need to cancel it manually from your Subscriptions page.

Checking Subscriptions
Everything you need to manage your subscriptions is conveniently located in one place: your Subscriptions tab.
Where to Find and Manage Your Subscriptions
On your Subscriptions page, you'll see Active Subscriptions by default. However, you can choose Active, Expired, or All Subscriptions.
For each subscription, you’ll see:
Subscription Tier: the name of the tier.
Status: whether it’s active or expired.
Billing Cycle: the length of the billing cycle, usually one month.
Total Months Subscribed: how long you’ve been subscribed.
Subscription Price: includes your payment amount and, if you used a promotional code, shows both the discounted price and the renewal price.
End of Billing Cycle: shows as “Sub Renew Date” if auto-renew is enabled, or “Sub Expire Date” if auto-renew is disabled or the subscription has ended.
💡Pro Tip: Some creators share discounts or promotions in both their active and expired subscription lists. Check in regularly for new offers!
How to Renew a Subscription
Subscriptions on Fansly renew automatically, so you won’t lose access unless you cancel.
If you previously turned off auto-renew and want to turn it back on, here’s how:
Go to your Subscriptions page.
Find the creator you’d like to resubscribe to.
Click the cogwheel icon next to their name.
Select “Enable Auto Renew.”
How to Cancel a Subscription
Need to unsubscribe? Here’s how:
Go to your Subscriptions page.
Find the creator you’d like to unsubscribe from.
Click the cogwheel icon next to their name.
Select “Don’t Renew Subscription.”
What to Expect After Canceling:
You’ll still have access to the creator’s content until the current billing period ends.
Your subscription status will update to show an “Expire Date” instead of a “Renew Date,” confirming your cancellation.
Change your mind? You can re-enable auto-renewal at any time before the billing period ends to keep your subscription active.
