Experiencing: “You cannot send an empty post.”

Updated yesterday

On Fansly, every post must include at least a little bit of text. Even if you’ve attached media, you’ll still need to add something, an emoji, a word, or a short sentence. This way, the post isn’t considered empty.

If you see this error, start by checking that you’ve typed something in the text field. If you have and the error persists, try the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Disable browser extensions

    1. Some extensions can interfere with site functions. Turn them off temporarily to see if this resolves the problem.

  2. Try another browser

    1. Switch to a different browser on your computer or mobile device (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.)

  3. Switch networks

    1. Change from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa to check if the issue is network-related.

  4. Update and reload Fansly

    1. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Fansly by visiting this page, then reload the site.

If you’ve tried all of the above and still see the error, please contact Support. We’re here to help! 💙
