If you’re experiencing issues with the Fansly website or app, try the following troubleshooting steps before reaching out for support.

Troubleshooting for mobile apps

  • Restart the app

    • Fully close the Fansly app, then reopen it.

  • Update the app

    • Check your device’s app store for updates.

  • Clear app cache or data

    • Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Fansly → Clear Cache/Data.

    • iOS: If no cache option is available, reinstall the app.

  • Restart your device

    • Power your device off and back on to refresh background processes.


Payment-related issues

    • Ensure your card, wallet, or payment method has sufficient funds.

  • Verify card details

    • Double-check that your card number, expiration date, and CVV are entered correctly.
