Subscriber Unable to View My Content

If a subscriber reports that they can’t see your content, here’s what you can do.

Check Your Timeline Permissions

  • Make sure your timeline permissions are set up correctly. You can review and adjust them here: https://fansly.com/settings/privacy.

  • For example, if your follow button is turned off, but following is a requirement to view your timeline, new users won’t be able to see your content.


Double-Check Media Permissions

  • Ensure that their subscription tier is included in the permissions for the media.
