Post Scheduling

Everything you need to know about scheduling posts!

Updated this week

What is Post Scheduling?

Post scheduling lets you draft posts in advance and set them to automatically publish at a specific date and time. Your content goes live, even if you’re not online to hit publish!

Scheduling is especially useful for:

  • Planning content ahead of time

  • Maintaining a consistent posting rhythm

  • Publishing when your audience is most active

This way, you can focus on creating while the system handles the timing.

Heads up!

When you compose a new post, you’ll see two calendar icons:

  • The one with a clock is for scheduling posts.

  • The one with a trash can is for setting an expiration date (learn more about that here).

In this guide, we’ll focus on the calendar with the clock.

How to Schedule a Post

  1. Open the post composer (on desktop, it’s on the home screen; on mobile, tap the + at the bottom).

  2. Click the Calendar with Clock icon.

  3. Choose the date and time for your post.

  4. Click Confirm Date.

  5. Create the rest of the post as usual.

Your post will now be queued to publish automatically at your chosen time!

Where to Find Previously Scheduled Posts

  1. Click your profile picture.

  2. Select Scheduled Post Queue.

Here you’ll see all your upcoming scheduled posts. You can open any post to review details, make edits, or adjust the scheduled time. If you decide not to publish, simply use the trash can icon to delete it.

Scheduling your posts helps you stay consistent, reach your audience at the right times, and keep fans engaged, even when you’re not online! 💙
