How to Verify and Publish Content Featuring Others on Fansly 🌟
Fansly offers two methods to ensure that publishing collaborative content is done legally and ethically:
Method 1: Verification Through a Fansly Account
-
Encourage the Other Creator to Apply:
- The other creator should create a Fansly account by submitting a creator application.
- Once approved, send an email to compliance@fansly.com with:
- The link to their Fansly profile.
-
Tag Their Account in Collaborative Posts:
- Optionally, tag the other creator’s Fansly username in your posts to identify them. (Note: Tagging alone does not replace the need for consent forms in some situations.)
Method 2: Submission of Consent Documentation 📝
Prepare the Following Items for Submission:
-
- A signed consent form for each creator involved.
- A close-up photo of their ID(s).
- A photo of the creator(s) holding their ID(s) alongside the printed and signed consent form.
-
Send an Email:
- Email these documents to compliance@fansly.com.
- If the content involves multiple people, submit these items individually for each person (no group photos).
-
Wait for Approval:
- Fansly will review the documents and email you once everything is approved.
- You can only publish the content after receiving approval.
Important Notes ‼
If you are collaborating with multiple people, ensure that you have separate documentation for each individual.
- Even when tagging someone in a post, you are still responsible for collecting and maintaining signed consent forms for legal protection. 🛡️
- The Consent to Recording and Publication on Fansly Form is available for download—be sure to use this official document. 📝
By adhering to these guidelines, you help create a secure and respectful environment for all creators! 🤝 Still have questions? Please contact our Compliance Team for assistance by emailing compliance@fansly.com.
