Contact Fansly Support:
You can open a support ticket through your Fansly account or email us directly at [email protected].Provide the following details:
Link to the fan’s profile
Transaction ID (You can find the transaction ID here in the 'Wallet Transaction History' tab)
Reason for the refund request
If refunding a subscription, please clearly indicate whether you'd like our team to cancel the subscription or keep it active after processing the refund.
