💳 Am I Protected from Chargebacks?

Fansly shields creators from chargebacks in most cases. However, we reserve the right to deduct earnings in situations like:

  • An unusually high number of chargebacks compared to other creators.

  • Exceptional cases where creator fault is determined.

🌍 Blocking Users Based on Location

Want to block a specific country, state, or city?

  1. Navigate to Privacy & Safety settings.

  2. Choose the areas to block, and users from those locations will see a blank page as if your profile doesn’t exist.

✨ Additional Privacy Tip: Set your timeline to followers only. This ensures only logged-in followers can view your content, enhancing privacy.


🚫 Blocking Users and Subscriptions

Blocking a user prevents them from:

  • Viewing your profile.

  • Contacting you on Fansly.

Note:

  • Subscriptions aren’t refunded automatically when you block a user.

  • If they request a refund and it’s approved, the amount will be deducted from your earnings.

  • Fans retain access to purchased media unless you contact [email protected] to request removal (in exceptional cases).

To block a user, click the three dots near their username and select Block User.


🔐 Sharing Account Access Safely

If you work with an agency, assistant, or manager, use Management Sessions to share account access securely.

  • Management Sessions allow trusted individuals to log in without sharing your password.

  • For added security, enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).


👤 Is My Legal Name Visible to Fans?

No, your legal name and personal details are private. Fansly protects your information by:

  • Encrypting personal details.

  • Using a third-party processor for payments.

We don’t store billing information and would never compromise your privacy.


💸 Can Users Pay Me for Off-Platform Content or Services?

If the content or services violate Fansly’s Terms of Service, the answer is no. Always review the Terms of Service to ensure compliance.
