Think of the Vault as your personal media library on Fansly. Every photo, video, and file you upload is stored here, ready to be organized, managed, and reused whenever you need it.
Whether you’re planning ahead, creating custom albums, or pulling up past content, the Vault makes it simple to keep your work at your fingertips. ✨
Accessing Vault Media
You can reach the Vault in two ways:
Direct access: Click your profile picture and select Media Vault from the menu.
While posting: Anytime you insert media, choose From Vault to pull content directly into a post, message, or promotion.
Once in the vault, navigate to the album where the content is located. Inside each album, you can scroll or use the search bar to locate files by name.
Adding Content to Your Vault
Any media uploaded anywhere on Fansly is automatically saved to your Vault. But you can also upload directly!
This is a great way to allow media to process ahead of time and avoid any delays when you’re ready to share it with fans:
Open the Vault,
Choose an album
Click Upload to Vault at the top.
Click the +
Select your media
Click Open
You’ll see the media go through any processing or verification. This can take a couple of minutes for larger files.
Once processing is complete, your media will appear at the top of the album!
Removing Media from an Album
Use the blue circle in the top right of the media to select the item(s) you want to remove.
Click Actions.
Select Remove Selected from Album.
If there’s content you no longer want in your vault, remove it from every album where it appears. That’s it!
Vault Albums
Albums are the easiest way to keep your content sorted, so you can always find exactly what you’re looking for.
Default Albums
All: Contains every file you’ve uploaded in posts or messages.
Posts: Media uploaded to posts.
Messages: Media shared in DMs.
Custom Albums
In addition to the system albums, you can create your own. The names and descriptions are only visible to you!
Create a new album by:
Clicking the + icon in the top left.
Adding a title
Add a description (optional)
Click Create.
Managing Albums
Here’s how to keep albums tidy and easy to navigate:
Reorder: Click the four-pointed arrow in the top right, drag albums into the order you prefer.
Search: Use the Vault search bar to quickly find albums by name.
Edit: Open the album, click Actions, and choose Edit Album Details to update the title or description
Delete: Open the album, click Actions, and select Delete Album.
The Vault keeps all your media in one place, making it simple to stay organized and reuse content across posts, messages, and promotions!
