Why Use Stories
Similar to other social media platforms, Fansly Stories allows you to post media that remains live for 24 hours before automatically disappearing.

Media Permissions
When posting to Stories, the same media permissions apply as when posting to your feed or sending DMs.

How to post a story on Fansly
Go to the Fansly home page.
Locate your Story section (see Figure 1 for guidance).
Upload your new story — it’s outlined in blue for easy spotting.
View stories from creators you follow for inspiration.

Posting a story on mobile
Sharing a story on mobile, whether through a browser or the app, works similarly to how it does on desktop, although the layout differs slightly.
Stories are located at the top of the page for quick access.
To post a new story, tap the button outlined in blue (see Figure 2).

Whether you are sharing a fun update, a quick peek into your day, or promoting new content, posting a story on mobile is a seamless way to connect with your fans anytime, anywhere.
Reviewing and managing your stories
The example below shows default permissions when uploading media to a story. If you’ve posted to your feed or messages before, this will look familiar.
After uploading, preview your story and click Create in the bottom right corner to publish.

To delete your uploaded story:
Click your profile icon in the Stories section.
Select View your story.

From there, you’ll see three dots in the top-right corner. You can:
View your story’s total views.
Delete your posted story.
Report a story that violates Fansly’s Terms of Service.
