Forgot Username or Password

Having trouble signing in? Here’s how to get back on track.

  • Username – Log in with your email address instead. Once signed in, you can view your username on your Account page.

  • Password – Select Forgot Password? on the login form and follow the steps to create a new one.

💡 ProTip: If you created your account using a social login (such as Google or Twitter), be sure to use that same option when signing in again.


My Account No Longer Exists

Seeing a message that your account no longer exists means it was deactivated, or you may be using an incorrect sign-in method.

💡If you deactivated your account and would like it restored, please contact Support for assistance!


When I Log In, All My Content is Missing

Not seeing your previous subscriptions or purchases?

  • First, make sure you’re signed in to the correct account.

    • One easy way to check is to compare the email address on your account with the emails you received about your subscription or purchase.

  • If everything looks correct and your content still isn’t showing, contact Support.

    • Please include details such as:

      • the date of purchase

      • the type of content
