We understand the importance of keeping your account secure, especially if you're working with a team, agency, or assistant to manage your profile!
To ensure your account remains safe while allowing others to assist you, we offer Management Sessions! It’s an easy and secure way to share access without giving out your login credentials.
Why Create a Management Session?
Management Sessions allow you to:
Give trusted individuals controlled access to your account.
Decide exactly what actions your managers can take.
Keep your most sensitive actions secure, even when collaborating with others.
How to Set Up a Management Session:
From your Creator Dashboard, go to the Management page.
Click Create Session.
Give your session a clear name, so you know who it’s for (e.g., “Photo Editor” or “Agency A”).
Choose the level of access you want to grant. You’ll see plenty of options, but sensitive areas like payouts and account closure are always restricted.
Review the disclaimer, then click Create
Each link can allow different permissions: you can decide exactly what someone can and cannot do.
⚠️ Please Note: Once a manager logs out, you’ll need to create a new session if you want to give them access again. To save time, you can also create multiple links at once and then share them as needed!
How does my manager log in?
Share the link with them directly. They can paste it in their browser or click it to log in.
Each link is single-use and tied to the permissions you set. If the manager logs out or the link expires, they’ll need a new session link from you to get back in. This ensures no one keeps access longer than you intend.
Editing or Deleting a Management Session
Maybe your manager’s role changes, or someone leaves your team. Even after you create and share a link, you stay in control!
To edit: Return to the Management page, click the pencil icon, and enter your 2FA code. From there, you can adjust permissions.
To delete: Click the trash can icon next to the session and confirm Yes to revoke access.
⚠️ Important Notes:
By creating a Management session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for everything someone does using your management session.
Fansly Support will NEVER ask for your management session, your 2FA, or your password!
Make sure to clear out any sessions once your manager no longer needs access.
Securing Your Account
Your privacy and security come first. Especially while collaborating, we recommend following best practices to keep your account safe:
Regularly check your Session Management page and close any sessions you don’t recognize.
Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an added layer of protection. Never share your 2FA code.
Remove and reset your 2FA if you’ve ever shared your codes.
Change your password regularly.
