If a subscriber is reporting being unable to view your content, please check the following:
- Check if your timeline permissions are set up correctly here: https://fansly.com/settings/privacy (for example, if your follow button is turned off, but following is a requirement to view your timeline, new users will not be able to see your content)
- Double-check that the problematic media includes their subscription tier in the viewing permissions - each subscription tier needs its own set of permissions.
