How to Exclude Subscribers

  1. Go to your Creator Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Plans/Promos, then click the Promotion button for the subscription tier you want to edit.

  3. In the promotion settings, you’ll see options to exclude expired subscribers or exclude users who’ve already used a promotion.
