Unable to add a card or payment declined

If you are unable to add a card or your payment is declined, please make sure your card is valid (not restricted nor expired), capable of processing international transactions, and make sure you entered your card details correctly. You can confirm by matching the details with the information on your card statement.

If you're still encountering issues, please try the following to troubleshoot further:

  • Add your card using a different web browser and/or device (laptop or a computer, if possible).
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies before signing into your Fansly account again.
  • Disable any unnecessary third-party extensions/plugins installed in your web browser.
  • Refrain from using a proxy/VPN/other services that may be hiding your real IP address.

If you were not able to resolve the problem, try re-adding your card after 24-hours later, or try to add a different card. If your purchases are being declined by your issuer, please contact your provider to whitelist transactions from Select Media.
