What is Tipping?
Tipping is your chance to show extra love and support to the creators you enjoy most. You decide exactly how much to give, whether it’s a small token of thanks or a bigger boost to celebrate their work.
Unlike media purchases, tips are completely up to you and are a great way to go the extra mile while strengthening your connection with creators! (If you're curious about media purchases, check out this article.)
How do I send a tip?
Sending a tip only takes a moment:
Click the Tip icon
Enter the amount you’d like to send
Add a message (optional)
Select Tip
For tips, we’ll always try to use your wallet balance first. For more information on how your Wallet works, click here.
Where can I tip?
On a Post: Click $ next to the Like button under any post.
On a Creator’s Profile: Use the $ at the top of their profile, just under the banner image.
In a DM: Some creators set a price per message; for others, you can tip in the chat using the $ icon.
Towards a Goal: If a creator has set a goal, use the $ on the goal post so your contribution counts toward their tracker.
During a Live Stream: Use the Gift icon (🎁) in the bottom left of the chat box.
⚠️ Important: Tips cannot be cancelled once they’re sent. Double‑check the amount and recipient before confirming.
How can I confirm my tip was received?
Want to make sure your tip went through? It’s easy to check:
Go to your Transaction History.
Look under Wallet Transaction History.
Each tip shows the date, amount, and creator.
This quick check ensures your tip was successfully processed and received.
Haven’t received the content I tipped for.
Creators have 14 days to fulfill requests for custom content. If this time has passed and you still have not received your content, here's what you can do:
Reach Out to the Creator
Message them directly through their profile. Many situations can be resolved with a conversation.
Contact Support
If the creator doesn’t respond or the issue remains unresolved after 14 days since the initial request, click the Help button or email [email protected]
Please provide your transaction number and the amount in question, along with a screenshot of the content agreement, so we can investigate further. Feel free to blur or redact any sensitive content.
