Payouts will typically process within 1-3 business days after approval. Please note that most banks don't operate on weekends or bank holidays, so it might take a bit longer during those times.

‼️ If your payout request takes longer than 3 business days to process, or if the status shows "Processed" in your Earnings Wallet but hasn’t arrived in your bank account, don’t worry! You can reach out to us by emailing [email protected] or using our support request form.

If your payout request was refunded or canceled, please email us directly at [email protected] as soon as possible to troubleshoot any payout disruptions. Kindly be aware that we may request bank documents or screenshots of your deposit history to aide in our investigation.

Fansly processes international payments every three days. Once a payout request is sent for processing, there’s a 72-hour cooldown period before any new payouts are processed. During this time, any new requests will stack up and be sent together as one transaction after the cooldown ends.

For example, if you make a payout request on January 1st at noon, any additional requests made within the following 72 hours will be processed together on January 4th at noon. Until then, these requests will show as "approved."

To avoid delays, we recommend requesting payouts at least 72 hours apart.

We may require documents or screenshots to verify your claim and to ensure we have sufficient evidence to submit to our payout provider(s). We assure you that your information is immediately encrypted and shared only in mandatory cases. Your private information will never be sold.
