How do I Update My Personal Information?

Keeping your personal information current helps ensure smooth payouts, account verification, and uninterrupted use of Fansly’s features. Outdated information may lead to payout issues or limited access to certain tools.

Updated over a week ago

Why Keeping Your Information Updated Matters

  • Name Changes: If your name has recently changed, payouts may fail if issued under your old name.

  • Country Updates: Your country determines available payout options. Updating this information may unlock additional payout methods.

  • Address Changes: Outdated addresses can cause payout failures or delays. Recovering funds from multiple banks takes time, so accuracy is important.

How to Update Your Personal Information

If any aspect of your personal details has changed, send an email to [email protected] with a brief explanation and the required documentation listed below.

1. Address Change

Provide one of the following proof of address documents, dated within the last 90 days:

  • Credit card or bank statement

  • Utility bill

  • Lease agreement

  • Tax or voter registration document

  • Displacement letter (if applicable)

2. Name Change

If your legal name has changed, include:

  • Proof of name change (e.g., marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order)

  • Close-up photo of your ID showing the updated name

3. Personal Business or LLC

If you’ve registered your content creation as a business, notify Fansly so your payout setup can be adjusted accordingly.

Provide the following:

  • Updated tax documentation (W-9, W-8BEN-E, or DAC7, depending on your country)

  • Proof of business ownership (e.g., articles of incorporation or shareholder list)

  • Proof of current-year activity (such as a commercial register extract, if your business was registered previously)
