Where do I submit my tax forms?
Go to your Creator Dashboard.
Select Tax Documentation.
Choose your Country from the dropdown menu.
Two options will appear; select the form that best fits your needs.
Enter your information accurately, tick the confirmation box, and click Submit Form.

I live in Canada. Why do I have to fill out this form?
As a platform operating in or facilitating transactions involving Canadian residents, Fansly is required to collect tax information in compliance with the OECD’s Digital Platform Operators (DPI) regulations under the Income Tax Act. These requirements ensure proper reporting to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
Once my revenue is reported, where will it go?
Once submitted, both you and the OECD will receive duplicate information regarding your Digital Platform Earnings for transparency and compliance.
I don’t live in the EU. Why am I being asked to fill out the form?
If you no longer reside within the EU, Fansly must update its internal records and those of our reporting partners.
