Fansly and Non-US Tax Info

We are required to collect information from you per the Digital Platform Operators regulations of the Income Tax Act for our reporting requirements within multiple countries across the globe.

Where do I submit my tax forms?

In your Creator Dashboard, you can head to "Tax Documentation." You will then select your Country, as shown in the screenshot below:

A drop-down menu with two options will appear. Select the option that best fits your needs. Enter your information to the best of your ability, tick the box to confirm accuracy, and submit your form.

⚠️ Please note: If you do not tick the box, you will not be able to submit the DAC7 Form.

FAQs:

I live in Canada. Why do I have to fill out this form?

  • As a platform operating in Canada or facilitating transactions involving Canadian residents, we are required to collect information from you per the OECD's DPI (digital platform operators) regulations of the Income Tax Act for our reporting requirements with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Once my revenue is reported, where will it go?

  • Once your revenue is submitted, you and the OECD will receive duplicate information on your Digital Platform Earnings.

I don't live in the EU. Why am I asked to fill out the form?

  • If you no longer reside within the EU, we must update our internal records and those of our partners. If that is the case, please email us at [email protected].

I'm not sure I know how to fill out the form. What should I do?

  • If you need help filling out the form, we recommend that you contact a local tax advisor for assistance. Fansly Support is unable to give tax or legal advice, and we recommend consulting a professional.
