To Block an Account, click the three dots near their username and select Block User.
Refunds: Blocking does not automatically refund their subscription. However, if they open a case and we determine a refund is warranted, it would be deducted from your earnings.
Access to Purchased Media: Even after being blocked, the fan will still have access to any media they’ve already purchased.
