The W-9 Form is an IRS-mandated document used by U.S. taxpayers who work as independent contractors or freelancers.

Where to Submit Your W-9 Form

  1. Go to your Creator Dashboard.

  2. Choose your Country as “United States of America (the)”.

  3. Enter your information into the W-9 Form fields.

  4. Type your name in the Signature field and click Submit Form.
