On Fansly, there are multiple ways that you can prevent a certain subset of users from accessing your account and content, based on your personal preferences. For further information, please also see Blocking a Geolocation, Hide my timeline from public, and our Security FAQ.

If you'd like to prevent users without a valid payment method from accessing your timeline, please head to your Creator Dashboard and navigate to "Plans/Promos".

On this page, you can disable your follow button completely (toggle OFF under "Follow Button Enabled"). If that is too restrictive for your liking, you can also disable the follow button only for users without a valid payment method (credit/debit card) instead. To do so, set the toggle for "Require Payment Method to follow" to ON.

Note: Users will not be charged for following your account, whether this setting is enabled or disabled.

Please keep in mind that this may impact your follower count growth, as some users will be excluded from being able to follow you. We recommend that you combine this setting with our other access restrictions, such as DM permissions, Media Permissions, and Timeline Permissions, to tailor access to your Fansly account to your liking.
