Why Didn’t My Crypto Deposit Go Through?

Why is my deposit still pending?

Crypto payments need to be confirmed on the blockchain before they’re completed.

During this time, you may see statuses like:

  • Waiting for payment

  • Payment detected, confirming

This is normal. Some transactions take longer depending on network activity.


I sent my payment but it still says “Awaiting Payment”

This usually means the payment hasn’t been detected yet.

This can happen if:

  • The transaction is still processing on the blockchain

  • The payment was sent from an exchange that delays withdrawals

If you’ve already sent your payment, give it some time to be detected.


My payment is taking longer than expected

Processing times can vary depending on the cryptocurrency and network.

Delays can happen due to:

  • Network congestion

  • Slow confirmations

  • Exchange processing times

In most cases, the payment will complete once it’s fully confirmed.


My deposit expired, but I already sent the payment

Each deposit has a time window to complete the payment.

If the payment is sent after the timer expires:

  • The original rate is no longer valid

  • The deposit may not complete automatically

If this happens, please contact support and include your transaction ID (TXID), so we can review your payment and help resolve it.


My payment shows an error

Payments may show an error if:

  • A different amount was sent

  • The payment was sent after the time window expired

When this happens, the deposit may not complete automatically and may need review.


What should I do next?

If your deposit hasn’t completed after a reasonable amount of time, please contact support and include:

  • Your transaction ID (TXID)

  • The cryptocurrency used

  • The amount sent
