Important Things to Know About Crypto Deposits
Payments need to be completed on time
Each deposit has a limited payment window. If the timer expires before you send your payment, the deposit may not complete automatically.
Send the exact amount shown
Make sure to send the exact crypto amount displayed on screen.
If a different amount is sent, your wallet balance may be different from what you expect.
If you underpay the selected amount, additional fees may apply.
Your wallet balance is based on what is received
Your final balance depends on the amount received.
This means fees or differences in the amount sent can affect what is added to your wallet.
Crypto payments can’t be reversed
Once a payment is sent, it can’t be canceled or reversed.
Double-check the wallet address, cryptocurrency, and network before sending your payment.
