Custom Content Deadlines
Custom content is all about giving fans something personal and special. If it isn’t delivered within 2 weeks (or the timeframe you agreed upon), fans may be eligible for a refund, and your earnings will be adjusted.
Don’t worry, we’ll always reach out to you first and give you the chance to resolve it directly with your fan.
Inactivity Penalties
Consistency builds trust. If your account is inactive for 6 months or more, refunds or deductions may apply. Staying active means fans know they can count on you, and it keeps your income flowing.
Clarity and Transparency
Fans should always feel confident about what they’re buying. If there’s confusion about what a subscription, custom request, or purchase includes, we may need to issue a refund and adjust earnings to make sure fans receive what was promised. Clear communication upfront helps avoid surprises later!
