What happens to my pinned posts?
Pinned posts will always appear at the top of your profile, regardless of which wall they’re posted to. This means they are not affected by the Main Feed setting and will remain visible even if the post is not on your Main Feed wall.
Can I make a private wall public again in the future?
Yes, you can make a private wall public at any time. Just keep in mind that once the wall is public, all posts inside it become accessible to users.
Before you change the visibility, double-check that the media permissions for each post are set the way you want them. Posts that were previously hidden will now appear on your profile and be visible to anyone with access to that wall.
Why would I want to make posts that don’t appear in any walls?
Some creators use Fansly to carefully curate the look and feel of their profile. In some cases, they may want to create promotional posts for the For You Page (FYP) that don’t match the aesthetic or theme of their main content.
This update allows you to send posts to the FYP without having them appear on any wall, so you can promote your content effectively while keeping your profile clean and consistent for subscribers and visitors.
How can I find a post that I didn’t add to any walls?
Any post that isn’t assigned to a specific wall is automatically stored in your “All” wall album. If you have set ‘All’ to private, only you can see it.
Even if the post isn’t visible on your profile or any public walls, you’ll still be able to access it from the All Wall album at any time.
How does this affect my FYP performance?
Your post’s visibility in the For You Page (FYP) is not affected by which wall you post it to. As long as the post meets the eligibility criteria and you’ve checked the Promote Post box, it remains eligible for FYP promotion.
Whether the post is added to your Main Feed wall, a public wall, a private wall, or no wall at all does not impact its discoverability in the FYP.
Can I use this feature to archive some of my posts?
Yes, you can use private walls to archive older content. Just create a new wall (you can name it something like “Archive”) and set it to private. Then, move any posts you want to archive to that wall only. These posts will no longer be visible to users but will remain accessible to you.
If you want to unarchive a post later, simply assign it to a different wall. Keep in mind that doing this does not push the post to the top of users’ feeds — it will still appear based on its original posting date, since feeds are sorted chronologically.
How can I make sure that my new posts are being posted to my Main Feed wall?
By default, Fansly will automatically assign your new posts to your Main Feed wall. You don’t need to adjust any settings unless you want the post to go somewhere else.
If you don’t manually change the wall selection when creating a post, it will automatically be published to your Main Feed wall. You only need to take action if you want to post it to a different wall or to no wall at all.
