I've lost access to my two-factor authenticator

If you can’t access your authenticator app:
1️⃣ Send an email to [email protected] or submit a request via our support form. 💌
2️⃣ Our support team will verify your identity as the account owner.
3️⃣ Once verified, we’ll remove the 2FA requirement, allowing you to log in again.

🔐 We strongly recommend re-enabling 2FA as soon as possible to protect your account.
