All purchases and fees associated with your account are considered final and nonrefundable as outlined in our Terms of Service. However, we understand that unique situations can arise.

We reserve the right to review and address refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, at our sole discretion, to ensure fairness and resolve concerns.

Believe you’ve been charged in error? Here’s the process to dispute a charge:

    • Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Dispute Subscription Charge.”

    • Please include the following details in your email:

      • The transaction ID or payment reference number (found on your bank or card statement).

      • The date and amount of the charge you are disputing.

      • A brief description of the issue (e.g., whether you did not intend to subscribe or if there was an issue with the charge).

  2. We’ll Investigate 🔍

    • Our support team will review your case and gather any necessary details to resolve the issue.

    • If the charge was made in error, we will process a refund or take appropriate action.

  3. Communication is Key 💬

    • If we need additional information to process your dispute, we’ll reach out. Please keep an eye on your inbox for updates from our team.
