Method 1: Verify Through a Fansly Account
If you're collaborating with another creator who already has a Fansly account, you can tag their username with the "@" symbol in the post caption or message where you are sharing the content.
You can share the content as soon as you tag your co-performer(s), but we still ask that you email Fansly's compliance team at [email protected] with a link to your co-performer's Fansly profile(s).
If you’re collaborating with another creator who is not yet on Fansly, the simplest verification method is to have them create their own Fansly account.
Ask the other creator to apply for a Fansly account by completing the standard creator application.
Once approved, email Fansly’s Compliance Team at [email protected] with a link to their Fansly profile.
In your content, tag their Fansly username in your posts to identify them as a collaborator.
💡 Pro Tip
If they use your referral link when signing up, you’ll earn a percentage of their earnings through Fansly’s referral program, at no cost to them.
📚 You can learn more about this in the Referral Program guide.
⚠️ Note:
EVEN IF YOU'RE TAGGING A VERIFIED FANSLY CREATOR, YOU'RE STILL LEGALLY REQUIRED TO KEEP VERIFICATION/CONSENT DOCUMENTS ON FILE. IF WE EVER NEED TO VERIFY CONSENT AND YOU CAN'T PROVIDE IT, THAT'S ON YOU—NOT YOUR COLLABORATOR.
TAGGING ≠ CONSENT. IT JUST MEANS WE DON'T NEED THE PAPERWORK. YOU STILL DO. FOR ANYONE WHO'S NOT A VERIFIED CREATOR, SIGNED CONSENT DOCUMENTS ARE MANDATORY. NO EXCEPTIONS. DON'T SKIP THIS STEP!
Method 2: Submit Consent Documentation
If your collaborator does not have a Fansly account, you must provide signed consent documentation before posting.
Prepare the Following:
A signed consent form (Model Release) for each creator involved.
⚠️ Note: Alabama residents must have all consent forms notarized as per state law. Please use the Alabama Consent Form that includes a notary section.
A close-up photo of their ID(s).
A photo of the creator(s) holding their ID(s) alongside the printed and signed consent form.
Submit the Documents:
Email all items to [email protected].
If multiple people are involved, submit the required documentation individually for each person (group photos are not accepted).
Approval Process:
Fansly will review the documents and notify you via email once everything is approved.
You may publish the content only after receiving approval.
⚠️ Note: Alabama residents must have all consent forms notarized as per state law. Please use the Alabama Consent Form that includes a notary section.
🧠 Important Notes
Each collaborator requires separate documentation.
Tagging a person in your post does not replace the requirement for signed consent forms.
Always use the official Consent to Recording and Publication form on Fansly.
By following these steps, you help maintain a secure and respectful environment for all creators.
