Fansly offers two methods to ensure that publishing collaborative content is done legally and ethically:
Method 1: Verify Through a Fansly Account
If you're collaborating with another creator, the easiest way to verify them is by having them sign up for their own Fansly account.
Here’s how it works:
Ask the other creator to apply for a Fansly account.
They’ll need to submit a standard creator application for approval.Once their account is approved, email us at [email protected] with a link to their Fansly profile.
In your content, tag their Fansly username in your posts to identify them as a collaborator.
Note: Tagging someone does not replace the need for verification or documentation if required.
Pro tip: If they use your referral link when signing up, you’ll earn a percentage of their earnings through Fansly’s referral program, at no cost to them. Click to learn more about our referral program.
Method 2: Submission of Consent Documentation
Prepare the Following Items for Submission:
A signed consent form for each creator involved.
A close-up photo of their ID(s).
A photo of the creator(s) holding their ID(s) alongside the printed and signed consent form.
Send an Email:
Email these documents to [email protected].
If the content involves multiple people, submit these items individually for each person (no group photos).
Wait for Approval:
Fansly will review the documents and email you once everything is approved.
You can only publish the content after receiving approval.
Important Notes
If you are collaborating with multiple people, ensure that you have separate documentation for each individual.
Even when tagging someone in a post, you are still responsible for collecting and maintaining signed consent forms for legal protection.
The Consent to Recording and Publication on Fansly Form is available for download. Please use this official document.
By adhering to these guidelines, you help create a secure and respectful environment for all creators! 🤝 Still have questions? Please contact our Compliance Team for assistance by emailing [email protected].
