What am I not allowed to stream?

Fansly Live rules on prohibited content, streaming games, copyright, and pre-recorded streams. Know what’s allowed before going live.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

You can stream all the content that you are allowed to post to Fansly normally. The same restrictions apply to live streams.

For examples of what you are not allowed to stream, please reference our Terms of Service.

Rights and Ownership

Make sure you own all the rights to the content you stream on Fansly, or that you have permission from the rights holder. This includes:

  • Background music

  • Video game footage

  • Any other third-party content

Streaming Games

If you plan to stream games on Fansly:

  • Review the Terms of Service for each game with its publisher.

  • Some publishers may prohibit streaming their games behind a paywall or as part of adult content.

  • Violating a game publisher's terms may put your Fansly account at risk.

Always ensure that your stream complies with the game publisher's policies.

Pre-Recorded Content Is Not Allowed

Fansly Live Streams are designed specifically for real-time, interactive experiences between you and your audience. Streaming pre-recorded content is not allowed, even if disclosed.

If you want to share pre-recorded videos, you can upload them directly to your Fansly page. These should not be broadcast using the live streaming feature.
