My account has been hacked

If you believe your account has been hacked, please immediately follow these steps:

  1. Secure your Fansly account by changing your password.
  2. Make sure no one has access to the email account associated with your Fansly account, and change that password as well, if necessary.
  3. Enable two-factor authentication on your Fansly account, and email account, if necessary.

If you're unable to regain access to your Fansly account, please do not hesitate to reach out to us by sending an email to support@fansly.com or via our support request form. After we've confirmed you as the rightful account owner, we can help you regain access to your account.
