Securing Account With 2FA

Two-factor authentication (commonly called 2FA) adds an extra layer of security to protect your account from unauthorized logins and creator payout requests.

How to set up 2FA:

  1. Click your profile picture, then click Settings.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Click Setup 2 Factor Authentication.

  4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy).

    1. ⚠️ Please note: DO NOT share your QR code. This is specific to your account, and sharing it may give others access to your account.

  5. Prefer manual entry? Enter the provided code into your authenticator app instead.

Once set up, your app will generate a rotating code that you’ll need to enter when logging in or performing certain sensitive actions.

I've Lost Access to My Two-Factor Authenticator

If you can’t access your authenticator app:

  1. Send an email to [email protected]

  2. Our support team will verify your identity as the account owner.

  3. Once verified, we’ll remove the 2FA requirement, allowing you to log in again.

❗ We strongly recommend re-enabling 2FA as soon as possible to keep your account secure.
